  • Special Educational Needs(SEN).
It describes the needs of a child who has a difficulty or disability which makes learning harder for them than for other children their age. Around the ages 1-5yrs children have SEN at some point during their school years and some through their entire school years.
SEN can cover a broad range of needs that includes:
  • Physical development
  • Visual or hearing impairment
  • Difficulties with speech and language
  • Emotional and behavioural difficulties
  • Difficulties in thinking and understanding etc

  • At Little Learners we try to quickly and easily help most children to overcome the barriers arising from their special needs. A few children will need extra help, for some or all their time in education.

As a school we recognise all the children under our care as individual therefore activities are planned to meet their individual needs by their teachers.
