At Little Learners Nursery & Preschool, we believe the early years should be filled with warmth, wonder and opportunities to grow. Our role is to provide a caring, stimulating environment where children can build relationships, explore their interests and develop confidence at their own pace.
Established in 2015, Little Learners brings together early years care and purposeful learning. We recognise that children do not all learn in the same way or at the same speed, so we pay attention to their interests, strengths and emerging needs as they grow.
Our motto, “A Place of Discovery,” reflects the kind of childhood we want to nurture: one where children feel secure enough to ask questions, try new things and discover what they can do.
We want every child to feel that they belong, that their voice matters and that learning is something they can enjoy.
Warm relationships and a sense of security help children feel ready to participate, make friends and explore.
Hands-on experiences, play and exploration help children make sense of the world around them.
We observe, listen and plan with each child's interests, development and needs in mind.
Families know their children best. Open communication helps home and school work together.
Our purpose is to give children a strong, joyful start by nurturing their academic, spiritual, physical, social and emotional development in a supportive early years environment.

Our practice is guided by the British Early Years Foundation Stage and complemented by Montessori-style experiences. Children are supported through play, purposeful activities, observation and individual planning.
Children develop within a wider community of teachers, caregivers and families. We aim to model kindness, respect and consideration, while celebrating the different backgrounds and experiences each family brings.
Christian values and care for others are part of the spirit we seek to nurture. We want children to practise kindness, learn to share, listen to one another and begin to understand their place in the world.
As children grow, a strong foundation helps them approach their next stage with greater confidence. Our relationship with Oakbridge International School offers families a connected pathway to explore as their children prepare for primary education.
